Terms of Use

This rental is made under the following charges and conditions that the tenant undertakes to perform and fulfill, to know : 1. Only occupy the premises as bourgeois, the exercise of any trade, profession or industry being formally prohibited, the tenant acknowledging that the premises covered by this contract are only let to him as a temporary residence and as a pleasure; 2. Respect the accommodation capacity of the home; 3. Respect the destination of the dwelling and not to make any changes to the arrangement of furniture and premises; 4. Not be able to substitute for any person whatsoever, nor to sublet, in whole or in part, even free of charge, the rented premises, except with the written consent of the lessor; 5. Be insured against rental risks, theft, fire, water damage and remedies from neighbors and insure the rental furniture (either through its own insurance contract covering the risks of seasonal rental, or by subscribing a specific insurance policy for the entire duration of the rental); 6. Refrain from throwing in the sinks, bathtubs, bidets, sinks objects likely to obstruct the pipes, failing which he will be liable for the costs incurred for the return to service of this equipment; 7. Make any complaints concerning the installations within 48 hours of entering the accommodation. Otherwise, it cannot be accepted; 8. Notify the lessor as soon as possible of any damage affecting the home, its furniture or its equipment. The repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental, will be the responsibility of the tenant; 9. Authorize the Lessor, or any third party appointed by him for this purpose, to carry out, during the rental period, any emergency ordered repair. The Tenant may not claim any reduction in rent in the event that urgent repairs falling to the lessor appear during the rental; 10. Avoid any noise or behavior, of his own making, of his family or of his relations, likely to disturb the neighbors; 11. Respect, in the event of rental in an apartment building, the condominium regulations and / or internal regulations of the building which will have been communicated to him by the lessor, his agent or by posting; 12. Accept a visit to the premises if the lessor or his agent so requests; 13. Renounce any recourse against the lessor in the event of theft and depredation in the leased premises; 14. Maintain the rented accommodation and return it in a good state of cleanliness and rental repairs at the end of the rental period. If items in the inventory are damaged, the lessor may claim their replacement value.
